i last died my hair about a month ago, the colour i last died it was called 'electric violet' its a redish colour which had a built in pre-lightener. i would like to bleach my hair first then die it a darkish blonde. do you think this will be safe ?

i think you should dye your hair your natural color, then a dark blonde so the violet wont seep in, and any other color will blend in the blonde as highlights ;)

bleaching yr hair is perfectly safe(in a salon where there are professionals there to do it), many things could go wrong if you dont do it properly, like your hair coulld snap off, fall out, or get really mushy like. if done right none of that stuff will happen, i have bleached and colored my hair soo many times that i cant even count, and my hair is really healthy.

It will damage your hair a lot--bleaching your hair totally ruins it. If it's possible, you might want to try washing the color out until it fades enough that you can go dirty blonde without bleaching your hair.
