Can a girl who has blonde hair and blue eyes wear an outfit that is the shade of baby pink and should she add a contrasting color to it? If so what contrasting color would be best to add?

YES! I a blonde with blue eyes do. As for a contrasting color I use either dark brown, grey or whit. (neutral colors)

If you a blue eyed blonde of course you can wear pink it will compliment your natural colour. Iam blue eyed blonde and find that a pink skirt with a jacket to match and a white top goes together well, and I wear pink shoes and a bag to go with it, if you are from USA you will call it a purse. Believe me it looks fantastic.
