my lil sis has dark brown hair and I really dont know if she would look good with blonde hair.

she says that because I got mine colored blonde hers will look the same but I was born with really light brown hair before not like black.

so should she go blonde?

No matter what so people will tell you not everyone can go blonde. some hair colors just don't look go with a certain person's skin and eyes. She is gorgeous and the best thing she could do is leave her hair alone. If she anted a change then she should put some dark caramel highlights!
